Meet and Greet Parking is the easiest, most stress-free way to park at the airport. Instead of hunting for a space or taking a shuttle from a faraway car park, you simply drive to the terminal where one of our friendly, fully insured drivers will be waiting. They’ll meet you with a smile, take your keys, and drive your car to our secure, CCTV-monitored car park. When you return, your freshly valeted car will be brought back to you at the terminal, ready for the journey home.

It’s simple. You drive straight to the terminal where one of our trusted drivers will be waiting for you. They’ll help with your bags if needed and then take your car to our secure car park just minutes away. While you enjoy your trip, we’ll look after your car—and give it a full valet too! When you return, we’ll meet you at the terminal with your freshly cleaned car, ready to drive home.

Yes, absolutely. All of our drivers are fully insured, experienced, and used to handling a wide variety of vehicles—from automatics and 4x4s to high-performance cars. If your vehicle has any special features or modifications (like left-hand drive or custom controls), just let us know in advance so we can make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. And please make sure your car has a valid MOT—it's important for everyone’s peace of mind.

Your car will be taken to our private, secure car park fifteen minutes drive from Gatwick. It is fully surfaced, gated, and covered by 24-hour CCTV. Our team is also on-site around the clock, so your car is in good hands from start to finish.

Don’t worry—we keep a close eye on your return flight. If it’s delayed, we’ll adjust your pick-up accordingly so your car is ready and waiting for you when you land. No extra charges, no stress.

Yes! You can change your booking details or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Just log into your account, email us at info@hilltoplodgeparking.com or call us on 0333 444 0286. Our team is always happy to help.

Yes — for our Meet & Greet service, you’ll hand your keys to our driver at the terminal so they can safely park your vehicle in our secure compound. Your keys will be returned along with your vehicle when you get back from your trip.

Our secure car parks can accommodate vehicles of all heights, so there’s no restriction once we have your car. However, please note that the meeting points at Gatwick Airport do have height limits:

  • North Terminal: 2.0 metres
  • South Terminal: 1.9 metres

If your vehicle exceeds these limits, just let us know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements.
